Routines For You

Whether your goal is to lose weight or to improve your fitness level, our workout routines are built with you and your fitness goals in mind. 

Our workouts target every major muscle group providing functional high-intensity training that will get your heart going. We use a mix of body weight exercises and a variety of different weights and other equpiment. If ever you come across an exercise or weight you are unable to do, we will find one that works for you. 

The Community

JJF is not just a bootcamp, it’s a community. We encourage each other and make progress as individuals and as a whole. Occasionally, we’ll break away from the prescribed bootcamp to enjoy an obstacle course run, group bike ride, or a self defense/conditioning session. Whether you’re here for a month, a year, or a decade, our goal is to: 

  1. Provide our very best version of physical fitness directly to you. Helping you develop smarter, safer, more efficient ways to workout.
  2. Enhance or change the way you view nutrition & diet goals. Finding the specific tools that work for you & adhering to good habits is encouraged.
  3. Help you build relationships that will help you with your health & fitness journey, whatever level you decide to take it to!

Video-Access
$60 per Month

Attend as many Live Video Bootcamps as you’d like for $30 for your first month. Just $60 per month after that.

$80 per Month

Come join us for as many In-Person & Online Bootcamps as you’d like for $80 per month.
