JJF focuses on training the body as a whole unit, not just one part at a time. We know you want to tone up with impressive muscle as well as lose pounds & body fat, that’s why we take a different approach. You wont find the same boring routines over and over, instead we develop always challenging exercise splits designed to keep you engaged and keep your progress rolling. 

You can expect well-rounded workouts that call on strength, cardio, flexibility, dynamic mobility, balance training and more. The workout structure changes each session with a hybrid mixture of functional fitness styles & life/sport specific protocols. This can include body weight conditioning, circuit training, resistance training, HIIT intervals, agility/mobility training, balance & flexibility enhancement and cardiovascular exercise. Sport performance coaching & martial arts strength & conditioning is available with personalized programs geared toward the individual athlete.

What To Expect

Personalized Access

We begin by going through a fitness assessment that will tell us where you are at and will help us create workouts that work for you. These specialized workouts will keep you motivated and progressing daily. Coaches are here to help in and out of the gym.

Contests & Goal Reporting

We have contests EVERY 12 WEEKS. Every 12 weeks, you get a chance to win just by doing your best with your fitness and nutritional habits. This keeps you motivated and helps to ensure success. Moreover, we keep the most accurate records and provide progress reports to make sure that you know exactly how your body is changing.

Fully Equipped Gym

We have a wide variety of weights and other equipment that guarantees and different and engaging workout every session. We also incorporate body weight activities into our workouts, helping you stimulate your endurance.

Nutritional Guidance

The workouts are great and fun, but NOTHING will replace great eating habits. Yes, there's a lot to consider, but No, you are not alone in this!! Our fitness records update your required calories and we will keep you accountable by connecting you to your trainer using MyFitnessPal, a food journal application that allows us to see how you are eating in real time. We provide top-notch nutritional coaching as well, where you can share your nutritional habits and use our suggested shopping lists to get the most out of your nutrition each day.

Your Coach

JoeJitsu Fitness Personal Training is dedicated to changing lives through improvements in health, mindset, and well-being. Our custom training programs are tested, refined, then designed; with total operation overseen by National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer Joe Campbell. Joe has an extensive, multi-faceted background in fitness and uses a time-tested integrated approach to training, enabling people to faster reach their goals in a very safe manner. Over the course of over a decade in the industry, Joe has gathered many professional specializations, but some of his most notable are for Cardiovascular Health & Cardiovascular Performance, MMA Strength & Conditioning Specialist and certified Fitness Nutritional Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Joe has been certified by The American Red Cross in CPR Care, AED operation, and Adult First Aid since 2015. 

As a life-time athlete Joe has played a sport for as long as he could recall, which he says gave him a strong foundation to build from later as a personal trainer. With a love and passion for fitness, and an extensive toolbox to deploy from, Joe continues to develop more skills as a serious athlete and a knowledgeable Coach. Joe actively trains in Jiu-Jitsu submission grappling and Muay Thai kickboxing, using real-world application & the newest science to increase his own strength & conditioning abilities.  Ever part of the action, striving to be a role model and always aiming to improve his craft, Joe continues to compete in Obstacle Course Races such as Spartan Race & Savage Race, as well as Jiu-Jitsu Competitions, which he says keeps him motivated, his skills sharp & his mindset closer to that of his clients & athletes. Joe holds the rank of Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is a Level 1 Muay Thai Athlete at Primal Striking & BJJ in Spring Hill, Florida.
